Green Tea
One Needle Two Leaves
Our Himalayan Green Tea is crafted from carefully selected one-needle-two-leaves plucks harvested in the spring flush. The leaves are quickly pan-fired to halt oxidation, preserving their natural vibrancy and a wealth of antioxidants. The result is a clean, vegetal cup with sweet floral undertones that speaks of the mountain mist.
Growing Altitude
1,200 – 1,800 meters
Flavor Profile
Fresh and vegetal with sweet chestnut notes, a subtle floral aroma, and a clean, lingering finish. The high altitude imparts a natural sweetness rarely found in lowland green teas.
Processing Method
Hand-plucked leaves are withered briefly in cool mountain air, then pan-fired in iron woks at precisely controlled temperatures to arrest oxidation. The leaves are then gently rolled to release their essential oils and dried to a moisture content of 3-4%, locking in freshness.
Brewing Guide
75–80°C water · 2–3 minutes · 3g per 200ml
Origin & Story
Sourced from organic tea gardens in the Ilam district of eastern Nepal, at elevations where morning mists blanket the hillsides and afternoon sun gently coaxes flavor into each leaf. This region shares geological roots with the legendary Darjeeling tea gardens just across the border.

Black Tea
Full-Leaf Orthodox
A robust and aromatic full-leaf black tea produced through complete oxidation using traditional orthodox methods. Grown in the fertile valleys of eastern Nepal, this tea delivers a rich, malty character with distinctive muscatel notes — a hallmark of high-altitude Himalayan teas.
Growing Altitude
1,000 – 2,000 meters
Flavor Profile
Bold and malty with muscatel grape notes, hints of stone fruit, and a smooth, slightly brisk finish. The cup brews to a deep amber-copper color with exceptional clarity.
Processing Method
Freshly plucked leaves are withered for 14-18 hours to reduce moisture, then rolled to break cell walls and initiate oxidation. The leaves oxidize fully in a cool, humid environment for 3-4 hours until they develop their characteristic dark color and rich aroma. Finally, they are fired at high temperature to halt oxidation and seal in flavor.
Brewing Guide
90–95°C water · 3–5 minutes · 3g per 200ml
Origin & Story
Harvested from established tea estates spanning the hills of Ilam and Panchthar, where generations of farming families have perfected the orthodox method. The cooler climate and longer growing season produce leaves with greater complexity than their lowland counterparts.

Golden Tips
One Bud Only — Premium Grade
The crown jewel of our collection. Golden Tips tea is made exclusively from the youngest, most tender unopened buds, plucked at dawn when dew still clings to the leaves. Each bud is covered in fine golden down, yielding an extraordinarily smooth and sweet cup that commands reverence among tea connoisseurs worldwide.
Growing Altitude
1,500 – 2,200 meters
Flavor Profile
Exceptionally smooth with honey-sweet notes, hints of apricot and toasted grain, and a luxurious velvety mouthfeel. The liquor is a luminous pale gold with an intoxicating aroma of wildflowers.
Processing Method
Only the finest unopened buds are hand-selected by experienced pluckers during the first spring flush. The buds are lightly withered in ambient mountain air, then subjected to minimal oxidation — just enough to develop their golden color and complex sweetness. The buds are carefully dried at low temperature to preserve their delicate downy covering and subtle aromatics.
Brewing Guide
80–85°C water · 3–4 minutes · 2g per 200ml
Origin & Story
Harvested from the highest tea gardens in the Panchthar district, where only the first flush buds are selected for this premium grade. The extreme altitude and pristine environment ensure each bud is infused with concentrated flavor and antioxidants.

Golden Tea
One Bud One Leaf
A refined tea crafted from the delicate pairing of one bud and one young leaf, capturing the perfect balance between the sweetness of the bud and the body of the first leaf. This combination produces a smooth, golden-hued liquor with remarkable depth and elegance.
Growing Altitude
1,500 – 2,000 meters
Flavor Profile
Smooth and well-rounded with a golden honey sweetness, notes of orchid and ripe peach, and a gentle astringency that provides satisfying structure. The liquor is a beautiful clear gold.
Processing Method
Each set of one bud and one leaf is carefully hand-plucked in the early morning. After gentle withering, the leaves undergo partial oxidation to develop their distinctive golden character. The precise oxidation level — neither too much nor too little — is determined by the master tea maker through generations of accumulated knowledge. The leaves are then slowly dried to preserve their aromatic complexity.
Brewing Guide
85°C water · 3–4 minutes · 3g per 200ml
Origin & Story
Sourced from family-owned gardens in the mid-elevation zones of Ilam, where the one-bud-one-leaf standard is meticulously maintained through skilled hand-plucking. These gardens have been producing premium teas for over four generations.

White Tea
Minimally Processed
Our Himalayan White Tea is the purest expression of the tea leaf — minimally processed and sun-dried to preserve its natural character. Made from young leaves and buds, this tea undergoes virtually no oxidation, resulting in a delicate, sweet cup with subtle complexities that unfold with each sip.
Growing Altitude
1,800 – 2,500 meters
Flavor Profile
Delicate and naturally sweet with notes of honeydew melon, cucumber, and a whisper of white flowers. The mouthfeel is silky and the finish is remarkably clean and refreshing.
Processing Method
The young leaves and buds are simply withered under natural sunlight and gentle mountain breezes for 24-48 hours, then slowly dried at low temperatures. This minimal intervention allows the tea to retain its natural enzymes, amino acids, and a full spectrum of antioxidants. No rolling, no pan-firing — just the pure essence of the leaf.
Brewing Guide
70–75°C water · 4–5 minutes · 3g per 200ml
Origin & Story
Grown at the highest elevations in our sourcing network, these gardens in upper Ilam sit above the cloud line, where the tea plants grow slowly in cool, misty conditions. The result is a leaf with extraordinary subtlety and depth.

Silver Needle White Tips
One Bud Only — Rarest Grade
The rarest and most precious tea in our collection, Silver Needle White Tips consists entirely of unopened spring buds covered in fine silvery-white down. Each bud is individually selected during a narrow two-week harvesting window in early spring, making this one of the most labor-intensive and exclusive teas produced in Nepal.
Growing Altitude
2,000 – 2,500 meters
Flavor Profile
Ethereally delicate with notes of fresh hay, white peony, and a subtle natural sweetness reminiscent of raw honey. The liquor is a pale straw color with extraordinary clarity and a lingering, meditative finish.
Processing Method
Only the most perfect, tightly furled buds are hand-selected during the first two weeks of the spring flush. These precious buds are gently withered in filtered mountain sunlight for 48-72 hours, allowing natural enzymatic changes to develop subtle complexity. No mechanical processing is applied — the buds are dried whole, preserving their complete silvery down and delicate internal structure.
Brewing Guide
70°C water · 5–7 minutes · 2g per 200ml
Origin & Story
Sourced from our highest-altitude partner gardens in the Panchthar mountains, above 2,000 meters where frost and mist create a challenging growing environment. These conditions stress the tea plants in beneficial ways, concentrating amino acids, particularly L-theanine, in the buds.

Golden Needle
Specialty Hand-Rolled
Golden Needle tea features carefully hand-rolled buds that unfurl into slender golden needles when steeped. This specialty-grade tea undergoes a unique processing method that gives each needle its characteristic warm golden color and a rich, honeyed flavor profile that is both approachable and deeply satisfying.
Growing Altitude
1,500 – 2,200 meters
Flavor Profile
Rich and honeyed with notes of roasted sweet potato, dried longan fruit, and a warm caramel sweetness. The body is full yet smooth, with no bitterness even when steeped longer than recommended.
Processing Method
Selected buds are withered and then carefully hand-rolled into their distinctive needle shapes. A controlled oxidation period of 60-70% develops the warm golden color and deep, sweet flavor. The needles are then slowly baked over charcoal at low temperatures, a traditional technique that adds depth and a subtle smoky sweetness to the finished tea.
Brewing Guide
85°C water · 3–5 minutes · 3g per 200ml
Origin & Story
Produced in small batches by master tea makers in the Ilam district who have refined this specialty technique over decades. The hand-rolling process is labor-intensive, with each batch requiring hours of patient, skilled work to achieve the perfect needle form.

Ruby Tea
One Needle Two Leaves
Ruby Tea is named for its stunning ruby-red liquor that catches the light like a gemstone. Crafted from the one-needle-two-leaves standard, this distinctive tea undergoes a unique processing method that produces a cup with vibrant fruity-floral character and a jewel-toned color that is truly unlike any other.
Growing Altitude
1,200 – 1,800 meters
Flavor Profile
Vibrant and fruity with notes of wild berries, dried rose petals, and a hint of dark chocolate. The signature ruby-red liquor has a smooth, rounded body with pleasant sweetness and a long, satisfying aftertaste.
Processing Method
The one-needle-two-leaves pluck is gently withered and then rolled to initiate oxidation. The tea maker carefully monitors the oxidation level to achieve exactly the right point — more than an oolong but lighter than a full black tea — where the leaves develop their distinctive ruby compounds. A final firing step locks in the unique color and fruity aromatics.
Brewing Guide
85–90°C water · 3–4 minutes · 3g per 200ml
Origin & Story
Created in the fertile mid-altitude gardens of eastern Nepal, where the specific microclimate and soil composition contribute to the development of the unique ruby-red pigments in the processed leaf. This tea has quickly become a favorite among Chinese and European tea enthusiasts.
